US Senate cans SpamThe US Senate Wednesday passed the CAN Spam Act of 2003 with email tagging, and measures designed to stop anonymous and false return addresses. The Senate also called upon the FTC to set up a "Do Not Spam" list, although some experts wonder about its effectiveness.
